Ranked Dodging/Trolling Fix

Everyone hates it when you get fresh into a champion select and someone doesn't follow pick order. It's whatever for them if they don't get their lane they're still going to go to that lane and not contribute to the team at all. Well I've thought of a solution to this dilemma. If we implemented a sort of system that allowed 3/5 of the players in the team to vote on "dodging". Almost like surrendering except you don't get any punishment such as a loss. Let's put this into perspective. The last pick says they are going mid, but mid being a popular lane someone else wants it. So the second pick takes mid and the last pick refuses to help the team and go to the last lane available so last pick continues to go mid. When the timer runs out a box pops up with a 30 sec timer to see if everyone is satisfied. If the majority is not then the game will be "dodged". This would really help with trolls, stubborn people, etc. I think this idea would really improve the gaming experience of the majority of the community and that this idea should be taken into consideration.
