Sustain for Tanks

Undying Resistance 2300 = item 3105 +item 3067 300 health, 30 armor, 30 resistance, 10% cooldown reduction

or item 3105 + item 3801 300 health, 30 armor, 30 resistance, 100% base health regen

unique: once per second while dealing damage you restore 2% bonus health and restore additional 2% missing health while damaging enemy champions

The major idea of this item is that tanks have no way to sustain their heath. Everything they do is focused on durability but I think as a melee unit you would definitely need some way to sustain a longer fighter and sustain can improve durability as well. Undying Resistance would definitely help top laners for longer fighters allowing them to trade with enemy champions and stay on lane for longer.

I also think that Deadman's Plate should be focused on the tankyness and not the damage part and I doubt that 100 magic damage on hit does much but a shield that scales with bonus health would do much more especially for tanks.

Deadman's Plate Unique: while moving you gain momentum stacks and up to 60 bonus movement speed. Next basic attack against an enemy champion consumes those stacks and at 100 stacks will slows the target down by 70% that decays over 2 sec and grands shield equals to 20% your bonus health for 5 sec. Ranged champions slow the target by 20% instead (or it does not slow at all)
