So what's Quinn looking like these days?

Thinking about getting an ADC that won't have my support tilting them-self just cuz its off meta. Or non-crit. But I don't like Lu, Ez is too high APM for me to relax and play. I loved onld Quinn and have almost got her a few times. But I haven't done much with them since there "update". I'm a go play some bot games since there free right now. But I would like some advice.
