Yasuo please no

Yasuo is so over powered it's crazy. The fact that he can two hit to get his tornado at any time, spam it, and spam everything else as well is crazy considering how much damage it all does. He should need to use something like mana to calm him down and make the gameplay more fair when going against him, and more skill based when using him. Make it so the player has to think about his next move and how the mana drain of his abilities will effect him in the moments to come. Not just spamming all of his abilities because there is no consequence to over using it all. Right now, it's just far too op, and unfun to go against.
