USB mouse jumpy on a mac

bought a Logitech G203 because it was listed as having mac support. outside of the game it works just fine, as soon as i launch it randomly flickers in-between the client cursor, and the default cursor, also it is almost impossible to navigate menus properly and is so laggy/ jumpy that i cant target anything in game. is this just a problem MAC has? or is there a setting that is messing with my client.
