Soraka Ideas

Can we please fix the spells on Soraka. Don't get me wrong I love playing her,but she is so bad this current season. She has a Q that take forever to hit the ground, an W that has terrible ap scaling and big health cost for a non tank champ, and her E is the worst part it doesn't have a big enough radius and it's easy to escape. I have some ideas that make her better and I'm up for other ideas too. 1: her Q just needs to be a little faster and that is all no damage boost or mana reduction. Her W needs to cost 5% of her current health and less mana cost or none at all and raise the mana cost of her other abilities. Then her E it needs the most work it should last longer and be able to be reactivated to root those in the circle or have it slow so it can blow up in its 1.5 seconds it's on because without boots anyone can escape that. Her ult is awesome and should not be changed. Her passive could use a little work, but it's fine as of now. I don't know maybe increase the amount of movement speed she gets or increase what percent of hp your ally has to be missing. Thank you for your time and reading this. Have a nice day
