New Wit's End (Riot Need feedback)

These stats are supposed to look good for me(WW), but I wonder. I've done crazy things with WW and the original Wit's End, the MR shred has allowed me to survive brawls with champs that had huge edges on me.

Please, is new one really better? SHOW ME. Want to see WW with old Wit's End vs. WW with new one. At level 10. SHOW ME.
