Riot could you stop putting healing on the warlords Blood Lust...

Make Blood lust give something like "makes the enemy bleed for 5 seconds doing 15% physical damage of the ability or auto attack that proc'd the bleed (10% for ranged) physical damage; 8 second cooldown" and it will be used and it will be bloody to fill that lust for blood.
