It's time to buff Rumble

Rumble is without a doubt the worst champ in this game. 42% win rate is just pathetic. And he's barely played at all anymore. I've played at least 300 games this season (so far) and I don't think I've seen him even once. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like when a champion is at about 50%, that's when they're in a healthy spot. I realize Rumble is a victim of power creep (like many other champions), and lots of the 2016 changes (masteries, items, runes, etc) probably weren't in his favor. When someone falls down, you don't just leave them lying on the floor. You give them a hand and help them up. And right now, Rumble could really use a hand. Please help him Riot, I beseech you.
