Please reduce gragas damage reduction

This whole week its been or but personally I would rather face a lee. I just had a game where a full armor with no magic resist items items just with his damage reduction my 896 ap build with and a potion my full combo did 400 damage without my ulti. then he came up to me and my lucian ulted us into a wall then used his with his empowered auto attacked 100 to 0 Lucian and taking half of my health. But with his low cool downs his e was back up again and then killed me. I Know this is a stupid shitpost but us thinking we could catch out and his high base damage. I just looked up his build again and he did get the ap jungle item) So with his high scaling and base damage he completely destroyed us. But its so annoying his no counter play ulti does so much damge.
