A very simple suggestion. Get rid of champion swap and Replace it with Pick order swap. This solve every problem generated by Players with Low Champion Pools. Zero Randoms and no getting dicked that some idiot only has 1 champ in the role you play when they asked for a swap that you kindly tried to help them with.
