Do you really wish to know?
Hello summoners and hi rito games!
I'm a new player, fairly new. I come from Paragon, a cool-looking 3D MOBA crafted by epci games. Sadly it was shut down last year. As a new summoner I am here today to give feedback and ask a few questions.
To begin with I'd like to thank you for the effort you put in creating a fair reward system for players like me and hopefully I can contribute with this thread.
The daily reward for new accounts that is active now is cool although not all that glitters is gold. I like the idea of multiple option to choose from but the implementation could get a bit better in my opinion. Considering beginners know very little to nothing about the champions their choice will be merely based on cool-looking, cool-description perspective. Plus as it is now carried out some champs, notably
are not the best options for them.
Don't get me wrong it's nice to have a choice but I think it's better if you take care of this process for the first 5 champs, one per class, looking for funny-to-play, easy-to-play and cool aesthetic characteristics and maybe the most iconic of LoL. (I have in mind champs like
).
Yes the look can influence your experience cause the first thing you "taste" in a video-game is the Graphics. Playing with an Ez. or an Ashe makes its difference, at the beginning of your journey at least.
I can tell you, before starting to play League I watched a few gameplays on youtube to see how it looks and how it plays; it was polished yes, probably because the streamers were using skins and/or new champions :D, but once I joined the game I got bored really fast at Ashe and Garen (those were the first champs given to new players in 2018).
Instead of the daily reward you could adopt this new system for the levels above 11 to 29 (beyond this level would even make old players happy, am I right?). For instance at level 15 you are rewarded with a random 4800 BE champion shard; with the new system you would have the option to pick one out of 3 random 4800-BE champ shards. What do you guys think?
General feedback from the point of view of a newbie:
- the damage is insane; you don't have the time to react if you don't know your champion, the enemy champion, the distances etc and you end up learning nothing from your mistakes.
- team fights are a mess; if I don't have a stun ability I don't know what to do first and I usually die right away not using my R either
- the jungle is a bit complex and hard to deal with, it needs some kind of tutorial for beginners Also some missions could be added for each role to help the player understand its mechanics. Starting from the easiest role to learn: top, up to jungle.
Question time now! Is there anywhere on the Net where I can find which skins are Canon, that is to say they belong to the standard/original universe? I like lore in games and I've started to read about Gangplank and Miss Fortune because pirates are fascinating. There is this skin called Captain Gangplank which is related to his "pre-incident". I was wondering to where I can find the full list? Also I would like to have more of these type of skins, like a human version of Sion when he was a general as it is seen in the Nexus lore (Sion's Memorial). Personal taste :P. I hope you all get one day your skin for your beloved champion. (Mine is Jhin and very soon the iron Revenant)
Thank you for reading the whole thing! ;)
P.S. BTW this account is done, I started a new one. Since I didn't know you were required to have at least 20 champs to start ranked I bought random 6300s and I'm out of BE now ahahah!
