Champ select hostage

We need to change something about champ select for ranked, and normals for that reason. 2 games in a row ranked with the last pick taking the team hostage. Maybe if we put a way to report from that section. So when the next game I get in... I don't know, I might get a game where I have a "mid or feed". these reports are stand alone to the tribunal so we can get people to act correctly. Only the thought of having their acct banned seems to do anything.

COMMUNITY... what are your thoughts on how this can be fixed?
