so i got a punshment

you see, league is a game that reqiures a stable connection and framerate, and the device im using meets the rquirements, im also paying up to $400 in order to gt at least a ping of 72, however, my game loads in after we start and minions have spaned, and sometimes it decies to act like trash and get to 05 fps for the whole game. i try to go to support and bug report, but THEre IS NO SERER IN THE MIDDLE EAST is what i get. i hope you can help me for once league. and do something about my punishment if u can. ill try to avoid playing if i spot my performance to be bad.
