Two games in a row an AFK or D/C in promos.

Why does this count towards the team who has an AFK or someone who D/Cs then never comes back. Makes absolutely no sense how something hasn't been put in place yet to fix this. Why should the whole team be punished because someone can't connect or decides not to play?
