Terrible lag and players

League has gone downhill on its internet connection and it's quality of players. We need a more viable system to match players with appropriate player levels...We can send people to them moon, yet we can't match MOBA players to appropriate skill levels. Not only is this a problem but players in Texas and Canada have problem with lag and you push it off on the internet provider. All we are asking is to play an even game and you can't provide that.
