How I Would Change Quinn - Help Her Feast or Famine Design

Quinn is a very feast or famine champion. She has seen great success in this meta because she's been able to ''feast'' much more easily due to squishy champions. She has recieved nerfs 2 patches in a row, and runes she uses have now been nerfed as well. Tanks are probably going to come back at some point, and Quinn will be forgotten for a long time again.

On the other hand, Quinn is far too feast or famine by design. As an enemy, it isn't very fun to have Quinn fly at you that fast and burst you so easily. As Quinn, it's her only viable play pattern. So, regardless of when she is very strong or not, her play pattern is very binary and not the healthiest. When she doesn't ''feast'', she's one of the worst champions in the game, and has no way to get back into the game, because late game is by far her weakest point.

Instead of letting this champion rot, it would be nice to take away some of her burst, and give her some durability/survivability in skirmishes and teamfights. Quinn has to put herself at 525 range to do most of her damage, which doesn't make sense for how fragile she is + low dps (bad after her 3 harrier combo).

These changes are aimed at:

  • Lowering her burst;
  • Upping her durability/survivability/sustained dps;
  • Helping her lategame.
