Kalista passive patch 5.4

I just want to start a discussion here about her wind-up. The stuf on the wind up now feels like you guys just nerfed kalista way to hard? the description says your wind up is now 66% of your attack damage. Isn't that the same like saying on other champ all items you buy with attack speed are nerfed with 34%? I played her and it felt like i was hitting slower and slower the game evolved. Not i want to complain but this patch sounds a bit weird :)?

It's not about kalista can't kite any more it's about weird that you nerf an adc on his attack speed and not on other stuff?

I haven't had a chance to play on 5.4 yet, but I would imagine that Kalista is still able to kite for days even with this recent change.

It slows down how fast she can attack again, without changing how long it takes to attack

Meaning over the course of 10 seconds she will still attack the same amount of times, but she will spend more time on the ground than before
