Adding full draft to URF

By full draft I mean bans->see what everyone is picking->trade (but of corse add the ability for both teams to pick the same champ) I dont actully want to pick the same old broken champs over and over, but If I dont you just get rekt and thats not fun. BUT if you know what the other team is picking it can take alot pain out of URF, are they picking tryhard broken champs? Or ACTULLY fun-in-URF champs , then you can pick accordingly. Hell there is real counter picks in URF too, They got Eve? grab a Galio,
