Wukong buff/rework

His kit is too simple, weak and has no real role. I suggest healing based on the champion damage of his clone, to make him more interesting to play and to play against, while also making him more viable. This change helps toplane wukong a lot, while keeping jungle wukong balanced. There is simply power inflation in LoL patches, and Wukong is staying behind without benefitting from any change. Last time he was strong, was in the wukong/pantheon jungle meta, and he got gutted right after.

You can also give him a darius treatment (making his kit more viable and interesting), I don't care if he completely changes, but please do something.
