@meddler on Malz current state after changes

I think this change has gone better for him and his opponent, to my feel so far he is weaker in his early game which is alright cause he seems to pick up well mid game, my one complaint would be that his voidlings die far to easily from aoe spells of the enemy mid laner that's just what i think. I saw you maybe thinking of nerfing him a little if anything i say add 2 seconds of cooldown to his W's final ranks as once you reach a couple of points into it and have built CDR, his W is ready to go constantly at a 5.6 second cooldown, doing this would give the enemy a bit of breathing room.
