A cry for help

I'm hards tuck gold 5 and lose almost every game I play. I play good early 5/1 3/0 and things like that. i started playing a lot of top and jg with and if i don't get them. My problem is that usually the rest of my team's lane lose and that's 100% fine but when either they go troll and afk or the one other than me thas doing okay or actually good starts flaming, trolling and or afk. I don't have anyone to help me carry. If I'm gonna pick an example i had a recent game with the matchup being: as enemy team. me as my team. It started with me killing and then in top and being a solid 2/1. was 0/2 but not being a too much of a problem since he wasn't too far behind and didn't seem like being too tilted. But my started flaming the crap out of and left lane for so steal mine by that time the was like 5/0 with sup being 1/1/5 and stats had taken a hit too. I still was pretty optimistic about winning since I was dominating the top and jg so hard but I was wrong it ended up with going all troll top and flaming everyone else and my jg got tilted and didn't do anything at all. We lost with the with everyone being 7/ 8/8 11/11 and that but that was mostly just because the enemy team was just goofing around. The played like a first timer got melted by the enemy team before she could land an e making her useless, the did some dmg but was more busy talking to rather than playing the game and me not being able to do anything cause of the enemy team actually grouping up and protecting their adc.

So what I am asking for is how can I get out of gold 5 cause just playing and being a happy non-flaming teammate doesn't seem to work very much. I try to end early, but no luck when your whole mid or but has lost the inhib 30% of my games. Is there any other champs i should play or anny special way i should play? Cause i got no clue anymore on how i can get out...
