What Position Should I Play?

A few months ago I started playing League of Legends because a friend suggested it. As this is my first PC game, I struggled early on and felt lost on how to get better. I took an early liking to jungling because I enjoy having the mobility. I am closing in on level 30 and am still looking to main a position. Lately I have been playing mid and adc, and are enjoying those positions as well. Looking at the champions I enjoy to play, I enjoy to play a variety of different champions so I don't have a clear favourite position. I am generally a more aggressive player and normally play physical champions but have recently been practicing with ranged ones. I have a natural understanding for the fundamentals of the game (warding, objectives, split pushing) but when it comes down to a teamfight, there is so much going on that I usually make a critical mistake. I can only hope to get better by practicing, but I am still not sure as to which position suits me best. To sum it up, I am good with the game mechanics, but struggle with applying them. Any champions/positions does it seem like I will enjoy?

If you like aggressive ranged and like mobility, then get Quinn and go top.

I find that its better to figure out what classes/subclasses you want to play and that often narrows down what positions you would be best suited to as well. I made a video to help people decide what classes/subclasses are best for them. I hope you check it out and find it useful.

If you like to play Mid or ADC but effing up at teamfights then you may need to postion yourself better so as to not getting killed or better attack the enemy team.

You should check out some of ScrapComputers videos to get a better understanding of the game and prove you wrong on the things you thought you were good at so you can refine your skills.

What you should do is try to learn about 2 champs for every role...even if you don't like them. That way, you can play everything adequately if autofilled in a ranked game.

As far as a main goes, I would suggest mid. Since you say you have trouble applying your skills to the actual game, you might not know when to do things like rotate for towers or group up. By playing mid, your team naturally comes to you to play ARAM after awhile lol.
