Excess IP

Maybe implement something like CS GO did with case unboxings, except they cost rp or a lot of IP. For example a case could cost 100 rp or 1500 IP. These cases (lack f a better term), could contain sins for wards or maybe champion effects, like a sparkle or shine that would be displayed in game. Not really sure how far to go with this, but it is an idea.
