Kled's R really NEEDS to be buffed

This is just incredibly under powered in my opinion and there are many ways this can be changed. The range for maximum distance traveled feels far to short and take into consideration the cool down time this makes it ridiculous. The shield granted is ultimately pointless, when you get to/hit an enemy who will be trying to avoid Kled at all costs at this point there's a brief avoid delay before enemies press the attack and by this point the charge is finished and shield is gone, 2 seconds for this is hardly enough. finally the damage aspect is literally non existent, you're hardly doing any damage to the enemy. To make up for the damage aspect Kled could do something like bounce onto all enemies within the area dealing the same damage to each which is more fair. The only things I like about it is the fact that it knocks the enemy backwards and it grants movement speed to allies, otherwise most Kled players would agree that it's pretty garbage. Or another suggestion, keep everything how it is and give him an unmounted R? Now compare this R to Sion's for example, almost everything about it seems better than Kleds. The cooldown time, the damage dealt etc. It's really a no brainer. Share your thoughts
