T3 Rune Prices (Possible Idea)

I'm pretty sure most players would agree that the price of runes are too expensive. Having to grind for multiple games just to scrape up enough IP to buy one rune is a little ridiculous.

A possible solution that my friends and I have come up with is not only to decrease their price, but to also have the ability to buy a set of 9 of one type of rune for a reasonable amount of RP (95 or less, same price as a skin boost). That way, runes become more accessible to the players.
