Lethality and Armor Penetration

Lethality Info

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE NEW LETHALITY STAT IN GAME ON ITEMS SUCH AS DUSKBLADE, GHOSTBLADE, SERRATED DIRK, ETC., CHECK THIS LINK OUT.

I provided a link that explains more about armor penetration versus lethality, especially in the near-to-the-top of the comment section if you would like to look. I hope everybody that sees this upvotes it, because it may well be necessary. When pressing C in game to show more character statistic, lethality now shows versus flat armor pen (because there isn't any). What this fails to actually show players is how much armor pen they have versus enemies. Many PBE players are actually very confused or frustrated because they actually don't know the threshold at which % armor pen is better than lethality, etc., because it's too complex. The complexity is fine, yet one thing that NEEDS TO BE DONE is when C is pressed to show stats, it needs to show both lethality, ALONG WITH an "armor penetration versus enemies of my level" stat. Another possibility could be like on Rabadon's Deathcap, when you hover and it shows bonus AP from the passive, hovering any item with lethality shows armor penetration versus enemies of the same level AND armor penetration per level of the enemy (flat isn't necessary. it's constant). I hope this makes sense to players who see this, and i really suggest spreading this around so it's seen.

40% of Lethality is the instant Penetration value, while the other 60% scales with target's level, as far as Ive read earlier this week
