How to fix Dynamic Que

So i decided to play a normal dynamic que game since I dare not que up for ranked as a Solo. Well go figure to my luck I get put with a 4 man pre-made. Mind you I was going up against a 4 man pre-made as well. I am the Jungler and as I gank top lane to relieve some pressure for them that I start backing in the river bush and I notice that mid lane is afk. So I ping for assistance cancel my back and sure enough here comes mid lane. I ult go in and I get deleted by their top and mid laner. After I respawn our mid decides to follow and dies to their top and mid laner as well. Guess who gets flames right after he dies...that is right ME, the solo guy. "GG thanks to the jungler now mid lane has two kills". Not to mention that top lane gave up first blood and bot lane is losing too. Yea GG because of me...yea right. It is pick on the solo que. Cyberbulling? I don't think so but League bullying maybe.

Look rito I am tired of playing your game seriously heck, lately my games have been custom bot games. I really enjoyed the heck out of your game. I have read a lot of posts and threads about DQ and I hope dearly that we get Solo Q back. But let me tell you what can fix your premade problem....IN GAME VOICE CHAT. That level's the playing field no matter the premade.

TL;DR: In Game Voice Chat will fix Dynamic Q's problem or just give us Solo Q.
