@Meddler What was exacty the aim of (6.11) nerfs to Ekko?

Im asking this because i didnt see these nerfs pushing people to build Ekko AP as intended but actually people stopped playing him at all ( AP or Tank).Alright, the huge nerfs on (6.11) and (6.8) were supposed to push people to play and build Ekko Ap as you sir said, but now we see Ekko with (43%) winrate in the midlane and (47%) in the top lane. this proves that ekko can no longer be played AP. and I also believe the (6.11) nerfs was too much espicially the (W) stun duration nerf, it was not needed tbh, also Patrick Scarborough admitted that the overall changelist is too big in the patch notes. I see the nerfs didnt succeed at all, as it was aiming to push people to build Ekko Ap but as we see now his winrate is (43 %). So are u guys considering any future plans to really compensate Ekko or look at him again or what?

It is because Ekko was designed with a tank kit without even realizing it.

Seriously, rehash all of his abilities and passives on a tank and they will always be good. The problem is Riot doesn't want to acknowledge this and want to make AP Ekko work. Even though they are halfway there because in their podcast they did throw the idea, "Did he just happen to make a tank kit?"

I believe Riot did not have a problem with AP Ekko at all, so i do not really understand why nerfing him? i am really confused, they even wanted people to play him AP and then nerfed him.. pretty confused.
