Suggestion for a new game mode?!

Haven't scoured the boards to see if anybody suggested something similar (also not sure if I am posting in the proper place) but yo wouldn't it be cool if there was a game mode where every champion is just as they were upon initial release... Think about the chaos. Would it not be awesome?!
