FPS Drop Fix - Nvidia Users

After searching and searching I have figured out my own personal problem of why i went from 200FPS to around 20-60FPS.

After the recent driver update for Nvidia it enabled Shadowplay-"This is basicly a streaming program that is gonna eat your CPU up. (On my machine at least)
