Ranked points based upon individual player and not team ?

I would just like to say I've been playing league since 2011, and this has been bugging me for a while now

What if riot decided to grant / take ranked points based on your in game performance?

So if i go 10-2 and my team mates have a random score like 3-8 5-5 4-6 10-0 Should the players that did well receive points around the 16-20 mark while those that did poorly receive a smaller amount 10-16 and for those who did VERY poorly 5-10

Same goes for losing

I'm just genuinely sick of getting into a game and losing because 1-2 players play poorly but i lose the SAME amount of points regardless how well i do.

Is anyone else with me on this?

I dont want to see "jst crry gamz n00b" This is a discussion on the points system not me whinging about losing / gaining rank

I just want to see a fare ranking system in place where im placed with similar skilled people
