New Runes
New runes are good. But it is bad because you can make only two of the runes and rest is locked. It would be cool if etc. For every 10 levels you get 2 more pages.

Since you can change them with little effort in champion select you are good with 2 rune pages. If you want more you can of course buy them with Rp.
You can get new rune pages with 6300 Blue Essence, which is super easy to get.
