Fix Annie's AA animation

There's nothing wrong with her AD damage, it's her animation that needs to be fixed. I don't know if it's the particles or if it's something to do with the delay but no matter how hard I try, I can never AA with her! It's ridiculous I can get 160 CS or more with Vladimir in 20 minutes and can barely get half if I don't use my spells to farm.
