ALl tank items but more dmg then ADCs

Is anyone else tired of the bs champs like poppy, and a few others that just stack nothing but tank items and still deal more dmg then the damn ADCs... Where is the trade off Riot? Honestly i wouldnt mind it if it weren't for the fact that you can't win unless you play these meta op champs now. Its not even about out play or skills its just straight up pick the champs with stupid op kits and or can tank and deal more damage than a nuke. On top of that Lord Dominik's Regards doesn't feel like it does anything at all against these tanks... I don't even get the item anymore, you'd think that it would really punish tanks but they become so tanky you dont do anything to them regardless. Also you can stack full AD to deal maximum dmg bcs they deal so much dmg they would destroy you in 1 combo. Its so stupid imo. I mainly play wukong and you would think he'd be a perfect counter vs tanks with his Q and all but nope, the armor shred on his Q doesnt do anything, especially if LDR can't.. I'm thinking either some champs need to be buffed to keep up with the buffs to other champs e.g emphasizing wukongs Q armor shred and his passive is weak af compared to champs now a days, or buffing LDR and BC because some of these tank champs are just dumb.
