Minor tweaks and buffs for Rek'Sai

Hey, so I've come up with a few changes for Rek'Sai after reading lots of feedback from PBE and playing her myself since release, even though I love her kit as is. That said I still think she could use a small buff as she seems to lack something, somewhere. So I hope you'll enjoy what I've been thinking about and share your own thoughts. I'd enjoy playing Rek'Sai polished up in such a way even more...

Minor Tweaks:

Burrow gives 15 / 20 / 25 -> 15 / 25 / 30 flat movement speed. Tremor Sense range increased from 1300 -> 1350

The first minor buff makes burrowing more satisfying with a bit more movement speed scaling. The slight range buff on Tremor Sense would also cover the map a little more consistently and give Rek'Sai a bit more time to react.

Burrowed Q is a single-target spell, no longer applies AoE damage. Detects invisible targets and applies a vision bubble equal to burrowed vision range. AP scaling increased 1.0 -> 1.2

This second tweak makes AP itemization less of a trap - builds with Nashor's Tooth, Iceborn Gauntlet, Trinity Force, Abyssal Scepter, etc. Specifically this burrowed Q redesign works very well with Rylai's Crystal Scepter and makes it viable as a core item on Rek'Sai - even if you're building for full AD/Tank. In this new design, her Q gains a 35% slow and does 120 points of bonus magic damage, and she gets 400 bonus health from it. On top of all that would be the new vision mechanic that provides more satisfying information to the reader when successfully landing the skill shot.

**Tunnels are destroyed after standing on it for (1.5 -> 2) seconds. The player is revealed while destroying a tunnel. Reward increased to 15 gold. **

The third tweak is aimed at incorporating more risk vs. reward with the tunnelling system. The player is revealed to the enemy team for 2 seconds while destroying a tunnel, giving Rek'Sai more opportunity to notice assaults and react to defend her territory/network using her ultimate. This greater risk is offset by a greater reward, opening up a deeper level of choice and interaction within the system.

Well there you have it, tweaks 2 and 3 I'd really like to see, what do you guys think?

This champ needs nerfs and toning down if anything. The amount of mobility he has in the jungle is insane. He can go from bottom to top in 3 seconds. And abuse is absurdly fast clear speeds to acquire a massive item advantage. He can also duel very well...Along with true damage and healing...and free movespeed...and free vision with his tunnels...

And you want buffs? L2P unranked guy.

Oh and the big Gold IV comes to save the day and spread the good word about Rek'Sai balancing. Typical. To answer your final question, no not only buffs, I want minor tweaks too. Oh wait you said she should be nerfed if anything, you just haven't shared with us in what ways yet. Seriously, you are so toxic it's awkward for me to even consider responding. I do want to defend my perspective though...

I'll just say that obviously I know how to play (her) quite well, because I won 7 of 9 games as Jungle Rek'Sai already. 2 losses were because laners lost their lanes simultaneously while the enemy jungler was farming (bad teams happen, look at you). I even went straight into PVP/normals and skipped practice because I was so confident that I would be good with Rek'Sai! Initiating and carrying without a tank in a few of them, I'm just a hipster like that.

Although at this point clearly you're high on yourself yet don't understand Rek'Sai's kit, going by the salt and your terribly inaccurate assessment of her capabilities.

I hope some serious LoL players will consider sharing their thoughts on my proposed tweaks for Rek'Sai, specifically tweak number 2 because her burrowed Q falls off way too hard toward the end of the game.
