Executioners... wtf...

Coincidently played a game with mundo top, vlad mid (me), soraka supp... about 20mins into the game enemy kahlista who already has ruunans bought executioners... fight at drag, 3 people with grievous at once wipe 5 for 1... what the hot fuck riot, why does executioners not have the 40% hp restriction that morellos has? please riddle me this 3 grievous wounds. how do you fight against that with the comp we had... granted its not a every game comp but wtf man as soon as she bought that item we slowly started losing 10mins later game was over... inflict grievous wounds when inflicting physical damage... because not only with morellos does your target have to be at or lower than 40% hp but it also requiers magic damage, which = casting a spell which takes time for the most part... executioners doesnt have either of those problems. works at all hp, and all you have to do is right click for it to work... someone in your office fucked up thats all i gotta say.
