Is it Possible to Carry in Low Elo as Support?

I'm a Diamond 1 support player who recently started an unranked to diamond climbing series. As you will see in the video, I've been struggling quite a bit. Is it possible to carry in low elo? Despite my struggles I certainly think it's possible. What do you think?
