The issue with the new champ.

So I have not had the chance to look at the new champs move set, but from my understanding he can extend the duration of ally cc. And everyone can rally together to absolutely destroy me and this post and scream "this isnt broken git gud nub memes!" But this game is flooded with cc. Every champion and their pet dog has cc. Some champions even have 2.5 second cc. Riot. Is this something we really really need..?

After looking at his stuff i was correct. Now why is there another champion that does maximum health damage again
