Renekton's empowered w and Shyvana'a q count for PTA and Conqueror. Kayn's Q should proc Conq twice, as it makes his full combo proc conq- auto q auto w, letting conq proc before ulting. This is a simple quality of life improvement for only Rhaast, not SA.
Renekton's W and Shyvana's Q count doubled for PTA and Conqueror, because they are seen as 2 auto attacks by the game.
This doesn't apply to Kayn's Q. Abilities which hit multiple times just count once for Conqueror. This is about consistency, there is no reason why Kayn's Q should be the exception here. And does Rhaast actually need QoL improvements? As far as I know, Rhaast is pretty much already favoured in most situations.
As much as I like this idea, I don’t think kayn really needs anything outside of bug fixes.
