Pantheon's passive is for some reason better than Fiora's W which is on a way longer cool down. Fiora w says it "blocks ALL incoming damage" but she still takes damage from turret while panthon's passive blocks turret shots, he can move with it up and it doesnt take up an ability. This seems unbalanced and something should be changed.
Cause Pantheons shit even with this strength and fiora is good even with this weakness
What's unbalanced is Fiora's entire kit so yeah I agree when you say nerf fiora
Because it's part of his skill expression to weave his shield proc into diving an enemy. He's all about all in plays. Fiora is strong even without such a strength.
The descriptions for every champions ability are not meant to be literal like games like Magic or Yugioh

And if we need to further emphasize it, I can just ask why can Fiora's W stop ALL damage AND CC that comes in her direction during that lapse and she can return it, but Pantheon's cant.
