Can Teemo be tweaked to be mainly a jungler?

I main , to me his whole theme screams jungle. Even more with his legendary skin.

Not only that but he would be an incredibly unique jungler as well, placing mushrooms all over you go. Counterjungle the enemy at bush becoming invisible, then BAM! wild teemo apperead!, quadra kill.

Jokign aside, you can technically play him jungle evne now, but clearly it's not the best xperience in the world... soo... rito pls
