As a Solo Player how do you work with/against Premade Teams?

Serious question. Because last night I felt so done with the game.

Had a few bad games recently and they just felt frustrating as hell to play. As if it isn't hard enough to deal with getting camped by a premade team. You also have your own team to deal with and it feels like a 1v9 sometimes...The enemy jungler and support are always visiting your lane at aaaall times...meanwhile you can't get any help from your own jungler because they are busy ganking for their friends and can't be bothered to help you. I had a Fiora game like this, where I pretty much lost lane to a Sona top (I'm not the best Fiora player, but still). The enemy Pantheon ganked for her a few times and I needed help to catch up. I wasn't even playing aggressive, but I can't do much about getting double ulted under my tower. ANYWHO, I practically begged my amumu for ganks (Sona was always incredibly close to my tower) and they neeever came, not even once. They were still only ganking for their friends at mid and bot who weren't quite winning lane either. ALSO, they spoke very few lines of English, most of the time they were speaking in Chinese (I think that's what it was).

AND THEN, there was this other game after, were I was playing Diana against Ahri. I was doing pretty well, but man the enemy Lee Sin and Thresh were almost always mid... so many times I wanted to tower dive, but couldn't. I started roaming and we were doing okay, then suddenly I disconnect due to my net going down for a sec, no idea why it happened. I was gone for no more then 1 minute and suddenly when I get back our inhib is gone. Later the enemy team's fed Ashe became too much for us to handle and I couldn't communicate well enough with my team do something about it. Everyone kept going in 1 by 1 against the 5man premade until eventually we lost. I don't know if we were all solo players against them, but I can honestly say the game didn't at all feel fair to me. I was 10/3/3 by the end of the game and the enemy team had the audacity to insult me and say I was garbage, probably to make their midlaner friend feel better, I don't know.

There were more games like this I had last night, these weren't the only two.

SO I DUNNO. How do you guys win games when there are premades? Whether they're on your team or you're against them.

FOR ME, I just wish I knew who was premade ahead of time. I would beg to play support so hard because I think most of my frustration comes from playing a carry role against a 4 or 5man premade. I love playing mid, especially Diana mid, but I just can't pick her into a premade team that's just gonna camp me all game or into a situation where my own team isn't going to back me up if I dive in since they are paying attention to their friend's plays/plans and not my own. When I play support or a tank when I'm with a premade, I feel a little less frustrated because then I can just help make their plays work out and just get carried. I mean, sure getting carried isn't that fun or challenging...but it beats me wanting smash my head into the wall because my own team can't even bother to speak in English for me.
