Rework crit.

A lot of people are asking for it. I've seen my friend so many times with 50% crit chance shoot 4 AA in a row and not a single crit from that. ADC's are supposed to deal more dmg over time than any other class as far as I'm aware.

There are a lot of ideas on how to work crit chance and honestly the best thing I can think of is simply change the crit chance into a a multiplier and changing the zeal items to all have longswords.

so for example you could have item 3046 deal 20 attack(you'd play with the numbers a bit to find balance) damage with .3x dmg multiplayer. Add that to infinity edge with .2x same stats and have it's passive increase your base ad by 50% or something. Have item 3087 be where it's supposed to be and be .3x attack dmg.

So with those three items combined your ad would be at something like 260ish and with .8x that you'd be dealing 468 crit dmg. ADCs would be able to take it farther with lifesteal or lethality(hopefully not the latter) and do 500-600 raw dmg(not taking into account resistances) and not have to deal with RNG bs.

I can't see this being a bad idea as ADCs are suppose to be sustained dmg over time vs burt dmg. And I see a lot of ADCs building burst dmg because of item 3087 item 3147 etc.
