How does missing health damage work against Kled?
Are the two healths considered seperate or together?

Together. That's also one of the reasons they're shown as one bar, rather than two separate ones.
good question... I assume one considering you do do kled hp til you knocked him off his lizard so its like one hp bar but the concept is he has two forms kinda like gnar but through his hp
I do know that I have had my best success vs kled as trundle
