@Riot Kled's E unable to dash through walls
So I looked around and couldn't find anything stating why riot decided to make Kled's E unable to dash through walls. Insight would be appreciated.

How about "he's already crazy strong and will need nerfs" as a reason?
Because renekton can and unconditional mobility is really frustrating.
He can, you can only do it after the 1st hit while chasing an ennemy
