Level 6 and 7 champion Masteries

An open letter to Riot. This level 6 and 7 mastery is so broken. I just don't get why i need blue essence to show how well i play a champ. Or why i need a champion permanent on a champion i already own!? At the very least Rito let me disenchant my S tokens into blue essence so i can upgrade to level 6 and 7. It's the only thing you can't disenchant! That's how you fix this mess.
