Round 2 , we was about to camp someone,annie appear,aoe stun,ulti,delete us then walk away with more than half mana,full hp,full hp temmates,and we are all...gone.

Although I realize this is probably some sort of parody or satire I have to agree with you.
I have had a problem with Annie for the past few months now as a jungler and adc. I cannot stand watching map and noticing that the enemy Annie is mia and the second I look back to my champ i'm already dead.
Laning against her is even worse if you play squishy champions like TF and Veigar. Her Q spamming is intolerable and the second she hits level 6 she can literally delete you with her kit and ignite without a fight.
Her damage needs to be scaled way down. There is no reason why there should be a champion in this game that has an AOE insta-stun with kill potential that big. It's just too much to deal with. The fact that she can build a ROA and Zhonya's to be tanky as shit while still doing massive damage just adds insult to injury.
