A small reminder for laners.
You don't decide who gets buffs. Mid and late game does not mean that red and blue are open territory. Second blue is not automatically the mid laner's.
Jungle camps are a jungler's only source of gold outside of assists and kills, which a jungler might not get for a while depending on how safe laners are playing. If your jungler is behind, and especially if you're feeding the enemy, don't assume you can take jungle buffs for yourself. Even if there are other champions who on paper can use a buff better, a jungler more than likely still needs the gold. You wouldn't like it if your jungler walked into your lane, ate an entire wave, and then left without so much as harming the enemy laners or getting their summoners. Treat our camps the way you want us to treat your minions.
Especially if you lost lane to an Annie while playing Lux and are down several kills and dozens of CS.
We will watch you try to take the buff down, arrive before you've managed to kill it, and smite it long before it's low enough for one of your abilities to take it out. I can pretty much guarantee you that my smite is going to deal more damage than your Q, so when it comes down to it if we don't want you to have a buff you aren't going to get it.
If you're just sitting there trying to take a jungle camp, I'm going to assume that you're being a nice person and weakening it before my timely arrival. And I'm always glad to see laners being generous with leashes :)
need blue a lot. And the raptors sight buff is only if you have smite and is for the JUNGLER. at least ask and tell the jungler to smite it first. The vision it gives it amazing
