A Request from a Kalista Main

Hey Riot, It's been awhile.

Quick question. Can Kalista have her black spear be an actual item rather than a "Lol use this in the first 3 minutes or it's worthless" kinda deal. Like I kinda get why you did it this way but honestly with how solo queue works and really how the game works in general, it's counter productive to her play style. For example (and really this is an outlier since it only happened once but it was fairly recent so it's still fresh on my mind), I go into game and my support d/c's after that magical 3 minute mark. That by itself wasn't enough to warrant us ffing since really I was able to 2 v 1 by myself just fine and got enough jungle pressure to be relevant, but playing with only 3 spells was kinda annoying. And it really sucked because my duo partner who was a top lane tank even offered to tether with me since we were both strong and it was clear my support wasn't going to reconnect literally any time soon, but lo and behold we found out (because it had been literally so long since this had happened that no one knew it was a thing) that she can't link with any one else.

Now is that the norm and should this change be made based off that? No. That'd be silly, but really it just seems silly that as a play making champion, i'm locked in my choice of teammate in a game as dynamic as league. What if my support is a soraka and i have a jungle amumu. It makes my ability to make plays as Kalista kinda harder than it has to be. Really it'd be cool if it could just be a passive ability that activated like any of the tether items or hell like taric W and had a stupidly long cool down, i'd even go for that.

And really that's all I'm asking for is more reliability from her passive. Just a simple QoL change that could honestly make Kalista a much nicer champ to play and up her skill curve through proper usage of her kit. Everything else with her kit kinda makes sense and honestly any other change might push her over into the busted territory so i'm fine with it being how it is. Just this one small change would be nice addition to her kit.

P.S. If you could give her Q/E a small AP ratio so that building the components of Rageblade don't feel like i'm wasting my time/waiting forever between the Recurve/Pickaxe and the completed item, that'd be great!
